Mary will show you how to make her renowned holiday relish, featuring products right from the Market.

According to Mary, you can make this relish as sweet or tart as you like. The sugar balances the natural tartness of raw fruit like cranberries. This step helps the mixture macerate, releasing juices that bind everything together.

Fresh apples, pecans, and citrus (available Saturday) make this a delicious and versatile treat! Mary will conduct the demo, provide a tasting, and hand out a printed recipe.

Special Shoutout to Crouse Farms and Leonard Orchard for their generous donations!
